When my two kids were about to leave the nest, I decided to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner. I realized that my role was shifting, and I wanted to do work that I was deeply passionate about.
They say if you look at your bookshelf you will discover what your passions are. I saw a clear theme with books based on the power of beliefs, the mind-body connection, health and psychology. I've studied these topics my whole adult life. I had a career as an Integrative Life Coach and also one in nutritional supplement sales.
I've studied the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, Debbie Ford, Dr. Edith Eger, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Barry Neil Kaufman and Christine Hassler.
As I searched for my next chapter, I discovered the work of award-winning therapist, Marisa Peer, and felt an immediate 'yes' to study with her and become an RTT Practitioner. I had never known of a therapy that offered the kind of rapid and long-lasting result that came from RTT. In addition, being able to work with people around the world via zoom only added to the appeal.
RTT eradicated my life-long debilitating fear of the dentist. Prior to my RTT session, I would avoid booking necessary appointments, loose sleep for weeks prior to an appointment, go into a mild case of shock every time I was in the dental chair and cried after every visit. I lived in fear of ever needing any dental work in the future, even when I didn't need any.
That one RTT session shifted everything. About three weeks after my session, I needed a new crown and to replace an old filling in another tooth. My dentist was amazed at the dramatic shifts in my anxiety. My heart rate remained comfortable, I interacted with her and her staff as if I was having a good time, I even had no hesitation in saying yes to an earlier next appointment. I slept well the nights before and didn't cry at all after any of those visits. In fact, I felt accomplished! Now, going to the dentist is just something I am able to do without experiencing excruciating fear and anxiety.
Today, I am quick to get a session for myself whenever I am ready to bust through issues that are standing in my way. RTT has also helped me gain confidence, create healthier boundaries, shift money blocks, and increase trust in myself.
I've helped clients transform who had unresolved medical issues, fear of needles, depression, lack of confidence, felt unworthy, lack of motivation, eating disorders and more. I've even helped a client who faced months of cancer and stem cell treatments to move through her journey with little to no side effects. RTT is a method that can help in so many different ways.
My husband and I live in beautiful Southern Oregon and enjoy spending quality time with our two dogs, Bella and Jasper. I also cherish having my parents and adult kids living nearby. As a nostalgic person, I also love to get lost in the genealogy rabbit hole to learn about my family's history.
If you feel ready for real change, book a complementary Discovery Session to see if RTT is a good fit for your needs. I'd be happy to discuss your issue and answer any questions you have. I believe it is important that you feel confident in your decision to work with me, and a Discovery Session is a fantastic way to get that clarity.
